I'm enjoying this simple-knit sock. I love Lori's patterns for things.
The heel is turned and I've decreased all the gusset stitches, so I can just motor along down the leg now. I am 99% sure now that I vaguely remember that Lori dyed me a reverse kit; that is, more purple than blue, so I should have knit the larger floral pattern in purple. However, you can see, I obviously didn't do this! So I am very short on the blue now. I think I'm going to omit the small motif on the toe of the sock in the original pattern, and then reverse the colorwork on the second sock, and I'm pretty sure I have enough of the blue left to get thru one of the smaller flora motifs. (Or we'll at least find out, won't we?)
Goal: Finish knitting sock #1.
All for now......
Great sock. The heel is interesting. Wha type is it?

I love your idea of reversing the colors!

I like your sock. I am also curious about the heel.

I am working on Argonauta. I have frogged back the foot twice now because the instep keeps growing. 34 stitches, then 35, then 36 because I can't do the last ssk due to lack of stitches. It's pushing me over the edge. Isn't knitting supposed to relaxing????

My own general instinct is to motor on and figure it ouit rather than rip and redo!

Nice! Just enough colorwork to be interesting. Can you live with mirror image coloring?

I believe I marked the skeins. ;) OTOH, I'm sure you must have a few yards of another 'blue' which would fit the bill, if required, somewhere in your stash.

Looks great and makes me want to make a pair even though colorwork is not my favorite. Its just a little color work right?
